Small purchase I did over the summer as I was looking for a drugstore priced primer to recommend, the shadows where just interesting. The Quattro Eyeshadow quads retails for 5.99CAN and the I Love (heart) Stage – eyeshadow base for $6.99CAN.

Product & Colour:
07 Over the Taupe quad is a beautiful buttery smooth eyeshadows in cool tone taupe/greys.
all for 4 shades; light almost matte satin cream, light taupe shimmer, dark warm charcoal satin, and and dark grey frost taupe where easy to apply and little went a long way.
05 To Die For quad on the other hand was stiff to work with. The first two shades; the almost satin cream and the light frost pink nude i had to work the pan a big more to get the colour to come out. The dark brown also most matte was much more lighter when applied. The last shade was nice apply but look identical to the Dark brown other then it's frost/metallic finis.
This quad preform much better over a base.
I Love (heart) Stage – eyeshadow base was a dude. I tried it with pigmented eyeshdaow and hard to work ones but in all cases it didn't allow the shadows to stick and my eye look faded in the crease to nothing in 4 hours. :(
Wear: The 07 Over the Taupe quad was 6 hours wear on their own. The 05 To Die For quad 2-3 hours but that's with packing the product one.
Packaging: Simple compact for the Quattro Eyeshadow quads. The Eyeshadow base was a basic clear tube with a doe foot applicator.

Verdict: The 07 Over the Taupe quad is really buttery and lovely to work with.
The primer is a Fail at it's job if you have hooded or oily eyelids.
